Big Lukes
Big Lukes is one of the UK’s premiere buffet restaurants. In 2006 they commissioned a new website and part of the brief was to create a system to allow customers to access printable discount vouchers and special offers. This area of the site needed to be available to registered customers only.
A database was designed to store customer information and the website was integrated to provide user registration/login functionality. The vouchers were created in Flash to provide high quality printing capabilities combined with the ability to customise each voucher (with the customers name and offer expiry date).
This functionality has proved a real winner with customers who can now register online to gain access to the printable discount vouchers and special offers, while Big Lukes are planning to make use of their new customer database by creating a periodical eNewsletter.
